Doha, Qatar – August 1, 2025 – Redress Compliance is pleased to announce that the International Islamic Bank of Qatar (IIBQ) has signed an agreement for IBM software licensing optimization and advisory services.
Under the terms of the agreement, Redress Compliance will deliver a comprehensive analysis of IIBQ’s IBM license estate to identify compliance risks, eliminate unnecessary spend, and support upcoming contract negotiations with IBM. The engagement includes entitlement review, sub-capacity licensing validation, audit defense readiness, and long-term governance planning.
As IBM contracts become increasingly complex and audit activity rises across the region, IIBQ is taking proactive steps to ensure full transparency, cost control, and contractual leverage.
“IBM licensing remains one of the most opaque and risk-prone areas in enterprise software. We’re honored to help the International Islamic Bank of Qatar navigate this complexity and secure a stronger commercial and contractual position with IBM.”
– Fredrik Filipsson, Co-Founder, Redress Compliance
